How does it work? Finance can be introduced by ROS JAMES INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS which is a blend of funding partly provided by a high street bank and partly by a financial organisation introduced by us who will “top up” the funding package to enable you acquire and develop the site. Rather than charge interest on these “top up” monies the lender takes a negotiated share of the anticipated profit of the venture. If you like they become your joint venture partner but they do not interfere in your ownership and management of the site – it remains your project. Instead this enables YOU realise the goal of developing the site. Typically the joint venture partner might expect to receive 40% of the anticipated profit, leaving 60% for you!
